영어 신조어라서 한글로 어떻게 표현해야할지 고민해봤는데,
그나마 '월급 루팡' 혹은 '월급 루팡짓(?) 또는 행위',

'소극적 업무' 혹은 '비협조적 업무', '업무 체리피킹'

등이 우리나라 말에 적합한 표현일 것 같다는 생각이 든다.

 

100% 딱 떨어지는 우리 말 표현을 찾지는 못했지만,

'월급 루팡' + '업무 체리피킹' = 'Quiet quitting'

요정도 개념으로 이해하면 될 것 같다.
